Found a bug, have a feature request, or want to say hi? Email us — we read everything.
hello@tackapp.ioEverything you enter — transactions, budgets, savings goals — is stored locally on your device. There are no servers, no cloud sync, and no account. If you delete the app, your data goes with it.
From Settings → Export Data you can export everything to a CSV or PDF (Premium). Save it to Files, iCloud Drive, or Google Drive — whatever you prefer. Tack itself does not back up anything for you.
A one-time unlock for 6-month reports and trend charts, recurring transactions (salary, rent, subscriptions), PDF + Excel export, and the full 28-category set. Pay once, keep it forever. No subscription.
Open Settings → Upgrade to Premium and tap "Restore Purchases". The App will re-check your Apple ID / Google account and re-enable Premium. If it still doesn't unlock within a minute, email us with the order number from your App Store receipt.
All in-app purchases are handled by Apple or Google. Refund requests go through them — for the App Store, see Apple's refund process. We can't process refunds directly, but we're happy to help you with the request.
Pick a currency when you add a transaction — Tack locks the FX rate at that moment so historical numbers don't drift. Your home currency dashboard converts everything using each transaction's locked rate. Per-currency widgets stay in their native amount.
Tap the transaction row to open the action sheet, then tap Edit. You can change the type, currency, amount, merchant, date, payment method, budgeted/unbudgeted status, and category — same fields as adding a new one.
Recurring rules materialise into transactions when their next due date arrives, on app open or when the app returns from the background. If you created a rule dated in the future, no transactions appear yet — that's expected. If a rule should have fired, open and close the app once.
A web build is available at app.tackapp.io for testers. The Android Play Store release is planned after the iOS launch settles.
